Worked on building a Kotlin re-write of the flagship Android app for one of Australia's largest fuel and convenience retailers — modernising incrementally with zero disruption to customers.

The flagship consumer app for one of Australia’s largest fuel and convenience retailers. The challenge was modernising a live, high-traffic app without a big-bang rewrite — so the approach was the strangler pattern: new Kotlin/Compose code running alongside the legacy app, shipping continuously while the old code was retired piece by piece.
